🔸Ingredients🔸 Eggs, sausage, green onions, flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water

🔸Steps🔸

  1. Combine 250g flour, 2.5g yeast, 10g sugar, 2.5g salt, and 200g water in a stand mixer (or mix in a bowl until there are no dry spots). Let it ferment for about 30 minutes.
  2. After fermentation, no kneading is needed. Grease your hands, pull a small piece of dough and place it in the pan, pressing down in the center to make space for an egg (you can use just the yolk if you prefer).
  3. Sprinkle green onions and sausage on top, and fry on low heat until both sides are golden brown.
