- Combine 250g flour, 2.5g yeast, 10g sugar, 2.5g salt, and 200g water in a stand mixer (or mix in a bowl until there are no dry spots). Let it ferment for about 30 minutes.
- After fermentation, no kneading is needed. Grease your hands, pull a small piece of dough and place it in the pan, pressing down in the center to make space for an egg (you can use just the yolk if you prefer).
- Sprinkle green onions and sausage on top, and fry on low heat until both sides are golden brown.
